学群生、RJ／考察日本プログラムの学生およびそれに準ずる学生が予約できます。
Gakugun, RJ, and certain other students can make reservations.
In the past, some students have not showed up to reservations or cancelled moments before their scheduled reservation. In order to be fair to all students, we have implemented the following policy.
- Students can cancel up to 15 minutes before their reservation with no problems.
- Within 15 minutes students must cancel by emailing writing@obirin.ac.jp
- If a student does not show for a reservation or cancels within 15 minutes twice in one semester, he or she will not be allowed to make a reservation for the rest of the semester.
予約をとった学生が急にキャンセルするケースが増加しています。みんなが公平にセンターを使用できるように、新しい規則を設けます。 ご理解をお願いします。
- 15分前までのセッションのキャンセルでしたら、以前と同じように学生が自分自身でキャンセルすることができます。
- 15分以内にセッションをキャンセルする場合は、writing@obirin.ac.jpにメールをしてください。
- １学期に２回以上、15分以内のセッションのキャンセル、または予約されている時間に来なかった場合には、その学期が終わるまでWSCの使用ができなくなります。
- セッションはオンラインでDG419で行います。
