●Important booking information
◯Application deadline is 3 days before of progarm.
◯We will send you ZOOM link at least 48 hours prior to the program.
◯If you do not receive the link, please kindly check your spam folder, or be sure to contact us by the day before the program.
◯We can't take responsibility for the following cases: misunderstanding the time differences, disconnecting Wi-Fi connection, or bad connection to ZOOM, etc.
◯All Activities are recorded and made available on the Archives Page for Online Experience users who were not able to take part in their Activity in real time.
◯If no one joins 15 minutes after the beggining, the program will be can cancelled.
◯If you cancel the program, please contact online@homestay-in-japan.com in advance.
◯There's a possibility the date or content is changed because of the weather or some urgent matter.

◯次のような理由で参加できない場合は責任を負いかねます。―時差を勘違いしていた場合やWi-Fi、ZOOMの接続不良など
◯全てのアクティビティは録画され、当日参加出来なかったOEユーザーの為に、アーカイブページにて公開されます。
◯15分経過して参加者が不在の場合、中止となります。
◯プログラムをキャンセルする場合は事前にホームステイインジャパンにお知らせください。
◯天候や急な事情により内容あるいは日程が変わる可能性がございます。
